🛒 Orders & Payments
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply add your chosen items to the cart and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or PayPal.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible. Please contact us at contact@jingleandjoygifts.com within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best to help.
Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Apple Pay, and PayPal. We do not store your full card details.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: We currently only ship to the UAE, but do hope to bring joy to the rest of the world soon.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs vary by product and destination. The final cost is shown at checkout before payment.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 10–15 business days, depending on your location and local customs.
Q: Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
A: In most cases, duties are avoided with our standard shipping method. However, some countries may charge customs fees which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Q: Do you provide tracking numbers?
A: Yes, all orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Refunds or reshipments are only available if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
Q: Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or dislike of the product.
Q: How do I request a refund or replacement?
A: Email us at contact@jingleandjoygifts.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo/video proof of the issue.
Q: Do I need to send the product back?
A: In most cases, no return is required. If a physical return is necessary, we’ll provide you with the correct return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Q: How long will my refund take?
A: Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Q: Are your products good quality?
A: Yes. We carefully select suppliers and products to ensure you receive fun, festive items that meet our quality standards.
Q: Will the product look exactly like the photos?
A: We try to display all items as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping.

Q: Do I need an account to order?
A: No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders and save your details for next time.
